CEP 815 Technology and Leadership CEP 822 Educational Research Punya Mishra, Laura Terry, and David Goodrich Summer 2012 These three courses were taken as part of a summer session that included a two week session of full days on campus working closely with staff and fellow students. This included in-depth research and discussion of teaching practices and how they can be modified to meet the needs of learners using technology. The book "Why Don't Students Like School" served to initiate thought provoking discussion and ideas. The "Backwards Design" method was used to develop a framework for grant proposals. We shared many educational technology applications and participated in their implementation.
